Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! Many of our clients provide entry instructions and return to a beautifully cleaned space. However, if you prefer to be home, our team is happy to work around your presence.
Can my pets be home during the cleaning?
Yes! However, for their safety and our team’s comfort, we ask that pets be secured in a designated area during the cleaning process.
Can I request additional tasks not listed in your standard services?
Yes! We offer customized cleaning options and add-on services upon request. Let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do you determine pricing for cleaning services?
Our pricing is based on the size of the property, level of cleanliness, children or pets, and specific services requested. We offer:
In-person walkthrough estimates
Overall condition of the home
How many bedrooms, bathrooms, and additional rooms need cleaning
For commercial, we charge by square footage of the property and condition
Additional services requested/Special requests
pets and children
We don’t like to waste our clients’ time, so we are happy to give an estimated price of our services.
How far in advance should I book a cleaning?
We recommend booking at least a few days in advance for standard cleanings and one to two weeks ahead for deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, or vacation rentals.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We kindly ask for at least one business day’s notice for rescheduling. Cancellations made less than one business day in advance will incur a fee.
What happens if I forget my appointment or the cleaner can’t access my home?
If our team arrives and cannot access your home, the full-service fee will apply. To avoid this, please ensure someone is available to let us in or provide an entry method in advance.
Will you clean inside appliances like ovens and refrigerators?
Yes, but deep appliance cleaning is an add-on service. Please request it when booking so we can allocate the necessary time.
Will you wash dishes or do laundry?
Additional dishwashing or laundry services can be arranged for an extra fee, as it takes extra time and resources.
What happens if something is damaged during the cleaning?
Our team takes every precaution to handle your belongings with care. However, in the rare event of accidental damage, we are fully insured and will work with you to resolve the issue.
How do you ensure my privacy and security?
We take privacy very seriously. Our team follows strict confidentiality policies, and any entry details provided are handled with the utmost discretion.
