Customized Quotes
We understand that no two homes or spaces are alike, and we believe that every cleaning service should be tailored to fit the unique requirements of the property. To provide accurate and customized pricing, we offer several options for obtaining a quote:
Photo Submission: Clients may submit clear photos of their space to help us provide an informed estimate based on the current condition and size of the home or property. This option allows for a fast and efficient assessment without requiring an in-person visit.
In-Person Walkthrough: For the most precise evaluation, we offer an in-person walkthrough during your initial visit. Our team will assess the space firsthand and provide a flat-rate quote based on its size, layout, and cleaning requirements. If necessary, pricing adjustments will be communicated prior to service commencement.
Property Assessment: For residential homes, we can reference online square footage records to provide a preliminary estimate based on the overall size of your house. While this method is convenient, additional factors such as condition, level of clutter, and specific cleaning needs may require further evaluation.
All quotes are provided with transparency and integrity. However, if upon arrival we find that the property’s condition significantly differs from the initial assessment, rates may be subject to change. In such cases, any necessary adjustments will be communicated to the client before proceeding with the service.
Our Professional Cleaners
Our team of cleaning professionals is carefully selected, highly trained, and committed to delivering an exceptional cleaning experience with the highest level of professionalism.
Our cleaners adhere to strict professional conduct standards while inside your home or business. They will not eat, smoke, watch television, answer doors, or take personal calls while on duty, ensuring their full focus remains on delivering an impeccable clean.
We recognize and appreciate the generosity of clients who choose to provide gratuities to their cleaning professionals. While tipping is never required, it is always greatly appreciated. Clients may add a tip to their credit card payment or provide it in cash at their discretion.
Premium Equipment & Supplies
To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, we provide all necessary cleaning equipment, tools, and professional-grade supplies. Our products are carefully selected to be both effective and safe for your home, ensuring a deep clean while being mindful of surfaces, materials, and air quality.
For clients who prefer specific products or require specialty cleaning solutions, we are happy to accommodate such requests. However, any specialty products must be provided by the client. Please notify us in advance if any special requirements apply to your service.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining efficiency for all of our valued clients.
If a service needs to be rescheduled, we kindly request that clients notify us at least one business day in advance to ensure availability and avoid unnecessary scheduling disruptions. Last-minute changes may result in a fee.
In the event of a cancellation with less than one business day’s notice, a cancellation fee will apply. This policy is in place to respect the time of our cleaning professionals and to allow for efficient scheduling.

Breakage & Liability
At The Speakeasy Sweep, our team takes every precaution to handle your belongings with the utmost care and respect. However, in rare instances, accidental breakage may occur.
If any item is damaged during service, we ask that clients report it to us immediately so that we may address the situation promptly. Our cleaners are also instructed to report any incidents that occur during the cleaning process.
Our services are fully insured, offering our clients peace of mind and protection in the unlikely event of damage. We believe in accountability and transparency, ensuring that any concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and take great pride in delivering an exceptional cleaning experience.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within one business day, and we will promptly return to address any concerns at no additional cost. We are committed to excellence and will do everything in our power to ensure that your expectations are met or exceeded.
Client Responsibilities
To allow our team to perform the most thorough and efficient cleaning possible, we kindly ask that clients adhere to the following guidelines:
Personal Items & Organization: Please ensure that all personal belongings, valuables, and clutter are put away before the scheduled cleaning. If excessive clutter prevents our cleaners from performing their job effectively, an additional organizing fee may apply.
Pets: For the safety of both our cleaning professionals and your pets, we kindly request that all pets be secured and kept away from active cleaning areas during service.
Utilities Requirements: A clean and comfortable working environment is essential for our team to provide the best possible service. The property must have functioning electricity and running water at the time of service. If these utilities are unavailable, cleaning cannot proceed, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Some photos of the condition of the home may be required so the cleaners understand what they should expect before they arrive.
A deposit will be required when we start the service, and then the rest of the payment is due within 30 days of service completion.
Recurring Cleaning Services & Special Rates
We offer exclusive pricing for clients who schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services. This ensures that your space remains consistently pristine while also providing cost-effective benefits.
To maintain these preferred rates, recurring appointments must be honored as scheduled. If a service is skipped or postponed beyond the agreed timeframe, the next cleaning appointment will be reclassified as a deep clean/first-time clean, and the corresponding rate will apply.
This policy ensures that our team can maintain the highest level of service without compromising on quality, even if additional time and effort are required to restore the space to our exacting standards.
